Your Privacy Choices

Last updated July 5, 2026

We designed this website to respect your privacy by default.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, and no remarketing tags. There is nothing to opt out of, because none of it is here.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

Your rights under California law

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Some information you provide as a patient is health information governed by HIPAA rather than the CCPA.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of these rights, contact us and let us know what you would like:

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to reasonable verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
