Our privacy-first approach
We deliberately keep this website free of surveillance advertising technology. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or third-party behavioral tracking on this site. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information we collect
- Appointment requests. When you use our online request form, you provide details such as your name, contact information, and the reason for your visit. Our form is hosted by a HIPAA-tier third-party form provider and is transmitted securely to our office.
- Direct communications. If you call, email, or message us, we receive the information you choose to share.
- Accessibility preferences. If you use our on-page accessibility tools, your settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your own device. They are not transmitted to us or anyone else.
Maps and fonts
Our maps use OpenStreetMap tiles through the Leaflet library. When a map loads, your browser requests map images from the tile provider, which may receive your IP address for the purpose of serving those images. Web fonts on this site are self-hosted, so your browser does not make third-party font requests.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and coordinate your care, verify insurance benefits, and communicate with you about your appointment. We use it only for these legitimate business and treatment purposes.
Text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to Ocean Endodontics, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us regarding appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing notices, and occasional practice-related information. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide care and operate the practice, for example with your referring or general dentist, with service providers such as our form and scheduling vendors who are bound to protect it, or when required by law.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing.
